What are your thoughts about cryptocurrency?

Cryptocurrency, including Bitcoin, is not backed by physical assets or government guarantees; instead, its value is derived from technology, cryptographic security, and the collective trust of its users. This decentralized nature and limited supply create demand, which contributes to its value.
It states plainly nothing of value backs up cryptocurrency. So in my opinion it’s worthless. Somebody pulled a fast one like in the Emperor’s New Clothes.
